Bakery unit is quite spacious with an approximate area of 3400 sq.ft and is dedicated for the use of Ist year and craft Students of the Institute. The Bakery is well equipped with 2 tier ovens, proving chambers.Planatery mixtures, Dough machine,Sheeter etc.The bakery lab is capable of conducting practical sessions of 40 students at a time.

A separate confectionary with a total space of 3000 sq.ft is equipped with ultra modern facilities to enable students to learn the art of confectionary. The students of craft,Sem I/II/V/VI and other specialized participants are utilizing the facilities.
