The Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operations & Management is a one-and-a-half-year (1½-year) professional programme designed to develop practical skills and operational knowledge required to manage accommodation services in the hospitality industry.
The course focuses on training students in the two key departments of accommodation operations:
- Front Office: Responsible for guest reception, reservations, registration, billing, and guest relations, serving as the main point of contact between the hotel and its guests.
- Housekeeping: Responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
Other subjects included in the programme are Supervisory Management, Accounting, Business Communication, Interior Decoration, and other related hospitality subjects to enhance managerial and operational competencies.
