Fees are payable in advance. All fees are payable by RTGS/NEFT/PayU in favor of Institute of Hotel Management, catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Guwahati. All transactions must be carried out through the Bank, as specified by the Institute. The Institute will not be responsible for fees paid to any person other than the Bank Counter or Cashier. Cheques/Cash are not accepted. Student must collect receipt for all cash transaction from cashier.

Late fine of Rs. 10/- is charged if fee is paid after due date for the period of 1 month from the commencement of the course. After this period, the students will be liable to have his/her name removed from the roll without notice.
An amount of Rs. 2000/- to 2500/- will be charged as caution fee deposit per student for PG and Craft courses and the same is payable along with the 1st installment of fees. The caution money of 1st Year of 3 Year Degree Course is decided by the NCHMCT, Noida. This amount is partly refundable after deducting fines, breakages etc. if any. It must be collected within three years from the date of completion of the courses after the decleartion of results failing which balance of this amount will be forfeited. Under no circumstance this amount is refundable until the student either completes the course or leaves the Institute.
