A professional Kitchen well equipped with modern facilities with an approximate area of 2700 sq.ft is dedicated to use for the craft Students. The kitchen has been planned to provide demonstration, Guided Practice as well as capable of bulk preparation. The students are exposed here in Indian cuisine, International cuisine and the most specialized larder work.
