Eligibility for admission in B.Sc. in H&HA:
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum qualification for admission in 3 year B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration is pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary School examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution with English as one of the subjects. Those appearing in qualifying exam can also appear in JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) on provisional basis. Provisional admission will be cancelled on non-submission of having passed the qualifying examination at the time of admission or latest by 30th September of admission year. Decision of NCHMCT regarding eligibility shall be final.
Physical Fitness:
All qualified candidates will have to submit a certificate of physical fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner in the prescribed format given in the Information Brochure. Admission at the allotted Institute will be granted only if the candidate is declared physically fit for pursuing the course of study.
Age limit:
Not more than 22 years for GEN/OBC/PH category candidates and 25 years for ST/SC category candidates as on 1st July of admission year. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/Pre-University Certificate is the only authentic proof that will be accepted. At the time of counseling/admission, this Certificate must be produced in original as a proof of age, failing which the candidate will be disqualified.
