| • All India Second in Front Office Theory 2000. • All India First in Computer Theory in 2001. • XII th All India Chef Competition: a) Best Indian Cuisine; b) Best Indian Dessert. • XIII th All India Chef Competition: a) 3rd In Cold Platter; b) 6th Individual Chef Event. • XVI All India Chef Competition 2002: 2nd in International Cuisine. • XVII All India Chef Competition 2003: 3rd in International Cuisine. • All India competition on Cocktail & Mocktail, Coiambatore 2003.2nd Position. • XVIII Students Chef Competition 2004:2nd in Individual Chef of the year & 3rd in Veg. & Fruit Carving. • XIX Students Chef Competition 2005:2nd in Indian Cuisine. • 3rd prize in Junior Wine Guru Competition. • XX Students Chef Competition 2006:2nd prize in student chef of the year and 3rd prize in Indian Cuisine. • The 2nd and 3rd year students(2007-08)of IHM, Guwahati took part in North- East Chef Competition held at IHM,Shillong during Feb’08 and own the following prizes. i)1st prize in Surprise Continental Basket. ii)1st runner up in Surprise Indian Basket. iii)2nd prize in Vegetable Curving(individual). • Mr.Aomatsung Jamir,a student of 3yr. B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration won Bronze Medal in ‘Wushu'(Sr. Group)in 33rd National Games held at Guwahati during Feb’07. |
