Food Production Lab - 1

The food production lab 1 includes an Advance Kitchen and Bakery with an approximate area of 7,000 Sq. ft. These operation areas are well equipped with all modern facilities. The students are religiously exposed with individual practice to acquire the culinary skill and the knowledge of gastronomic values.

There is a say, that ‘we can win any ones heart through the stomach’ The IHM Guwahati students are also learning the culinary art through a guided practice.

The senior students of the Institute are exposed in International and Indian Cuisine in advance kitchen and Bakery. They are also involved in learning Ice Curving, Butter Sculpture, Ice sockles, Vegetable & Fruit Curving, Sugar craft, Chocolate craft, Cakes and confectionary items, Food Display etc.
