This is known as quantity kitchen with an approximate area of 5,000 sq.ft. These operation areas are well equipped with all modern facilities. The 3rd and 4th Semester students are learning and practicing the art of Quantity food production and service. The 3rd and 4th Semester students are exposed here with regional Indian cuisine. The prepared foods are consumed by all the students in the dining hall.
