Front office means the soft skill as good communication presentation, warm and friendly hospitality, mannerism etc. The front office lab is fully equipped with the ultra modern facilities to impart training to the students in both theory and practical sessions.

The students are given the hands on training on various aspects of Room management. It starts with basic paper works, documentation, role playing followed by IDS and Fidelio, the latest property management system as used by the Hospitality industry.
